**Overview**:
**Salary**:
30,000 THB ~ 50,000 THB**Industry**:
Oil&Gas, Utilities, Construction- Manage payroll process, OT, travel allowance and time attendance checking and calculation.
- Responsible for visa and work permit issuance & renewal for foreign employees and other matters such as 90 days report.
- Monitor and update the company's rules and regulations under the Thai labor law.
- Assist to manage KPI evaluation and performance appraisal.
- Manage employee benefits, such as social security insurance, group insurance, allowance, and reimbursement.
- Monitor staff leave management.
- Update and maintain HR database, prepare, and maintain various HR and administrative documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Coordinate with office related to company and employee such as car rental, van rental and office building.
- Perform day-to-day human resource and administration tasks.
- Others as assigned by manager/supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【Must】- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or at least 2 years HR experience.
- Strong coordination and good communication both English and Thai (Chinese preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of HR practices and Labor laws.
- Good analytical skill and problem solving skill.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Can start immediately would be advantaged.**English Level**:
