กรณีผู้ขายแจ้งหนี้ผ่าน Cross-Invoice.
บันทึกตั้งเจ้าหนี้โดยไม่ผ่านขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างกรณีตั้งจ่ายทั่วไป และตั้งจ่าย Memo ภายใน.
กรณีตั้งจ่ายภาษีแสตมป์สรรพสามิต.
บันทึกตั้งเจ้าหนี้ผ่านขั้นตอน Upload เช่น Upload เข้าระบบ SAP (Havi, QSA Supplier ของสด, Food & Oishi ค่าสาธารณูปโภคจากผู้ให้เช่า).
บันทึกตั้งเจ้าหนี้ผ่านขั้นตอน Interfaceกรณีเช่น AP Interface (Food/Oishi).
**กรณีเช่น OM/SMS to SAP (กลุ่มนำ/ป้อม) (FOC**: ค่าใช้จ่ายส่งเสริมการขาย).
ตั้งหนี้รายการระหว่างกันกรณีซื้อสินค้าระหว่างกัน อ้างอิงใบสั่งซื้อ.
กรณีเช่น ค่าบริการระหว่างกัน อ้างอิงใบสั่งซื้อ หรือบริการที่มีสัญญาแบบ Fixed amount.
บันทึกลดหนี้หรือเพิ่มหนี้.
ติดตามเงินประกันและเงินมัดจำ (ทุกเดือน).
เตรียมการจ่ายชำระกรณีมีการรับวางบิล.
กรณีออกใบรับวางบิลผ่านระบบ Cross-Invoice.
กรณีเมื่อใกล้กำหนดจ่ายชำระ.
ตรวจสอบการเบิกเงินสดย่อย.
ตรวจสอบและติดตามเงินทดรองจ่าย (ทุกสัปดาห์).
บันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่ายประจำงวด (ทุกสิ้นเดือน และ ทุกต้นเดือนที่ทำการกลับขารายการค้างรับ/ค้างจ่าย).
ปิดบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และจัดทำรายงาน (ทุกสิ้นเดือน).
กระทบยอดรายงานภาษีซื้อ (ทุกสัปดาห์/ทุกสิ้นเดือน).
บันทึกโอนย้ายภาษีตั้งพักเป็นภาษีซื้อ และตรวจสอบ.
