Office Administrator

**What You Will Do**
The role requires a high drive and ownership. Below we outline some of the activities that this role takes care of:
**Accounting**
- Record accounts payable (AP), and issue various withholding documents guaranteeing that they follow the revenue department and BOI requirements.
- Record accounts receivable (AR), issue tax invoices/receipts, and follow up with clients (recheck income in Online Banking, collect cheques).
- Guarantee the accuracy of all the taxes, payments, invoices, and any financial documents that are generated at the company.
- Process payment via Online Banking and coordinate with Management for approval.
- Generate and file various tax forms PP30, PP36, PND3, PND53, PND54 among others, online.
- Reconcile monthly income and expenses to match.
- Reconcile the stock of assets and equipment to match the remaining in the system.
- Liaise with BOI and other government agencies in activities related to revenue, taxes, and company benefits.
- Own the monthly accounting processes and coordinate with the accountant (internal or external) to execute them.
- You will be responsible for the yearly submissions such as the financial statement of the year, and corporate income tax (PND50, PND51), audit reports.
**Admin**
- Manage, purchase, and maintain all office and business supplies: stationeries, IT equipment, software, snacks, etc.
- Manage service providers for office, events, and related company activities.
- Coordinate with office building and third parties related to office management when needed.
- Take care of administrative work, document work, and other coordination tasks.
- Work documenting and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Work closely and support the People Operations Team when needed.
**Payroll**
- Summarize payroll and monthly reimbursement.
- Generate text files in our cloud software to process payments via Online Banking. Submit government-related documents and payments monthly and yearly (SSF, PND1, PND90, 91).
