**Job Detail**:

- Accountant Officer AR (18K-25K) (SDG-97325)
- เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี AR-
- General office management: record keeping and reviewing incoming and outgoing documents; order and maintain office inventory and supplies; make meeting arrangements.
- Assist with reviewing, processing, and tracking all purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and tax invoices.
- Errands to pay utilities, telephone bills, and bank-in cheques.
- Coordinate and distribute mail and packages.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Other Tasks assigned by the Report Line- การจัดการสำนักงานทั่วไป: การเก็บบันทึกและตรวจสอบเอกสารขาเข้าและขาออก; สั่งซื้อและดูแลสินค้าคงคลังและวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองในสำนักงาน จัดเตรียมการประชุม
- ช่วยตรวจสอบ ประมวลผล และติดตามใบสั่งซื้อ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบกำกับภาษีทั้งหมด
- ทำธุระชำระค่าน้ำ ค่าโทรศัพท์ และเช็คธนาคาร
- ประสานงานและแจกจ่ายจดหมายและพัสดุภัณฑ์
- ปฏิบัติงานธุรการและธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประมวลผลบัญชีลูกหนี้และการชำระเงินรับตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนทางการเงิน
- ทำธุรกรรมทางการเงินแบบวันต่อวัน รวมถึงตรวจสอบ จำแนก คำนวณ ลงรายการบัญชี และบันทึกข้อมูลลูกหนี้
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก report line
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 21 - 27 years old- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Welcome new graduates or 1-3 years of experience in Accounting
- Interest working in AR and AP functions
- Good command of English in writing and reading(Conversational)- Experience in Accounting Program: Windspeed
