**Customer Service**:
2. Provide timely and accurate information about logistics services and pricing.

**Order Processing**:
1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

2. Verify order details and ensure they are entered correctly into the system.

**Documentation**:
1. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation such as invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.

2. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

**Data Entry and Management**:
1. Enter and update customer data in the company's CRM system.

2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

**Sales Coordination**:
1. Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and scheduling appointments.

2. Assist with the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.

**Problem Resolution**:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and billing.

2. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

**Market Research**:
1. Conduct basic market research to gather competitive intelligence and industry trends.

2. Share findings with the sales team to inform strategy and improve service offerings.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Proven track record in Sales Support operations
- Fluent communication in English or Chinese.

Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿50,000.00 per month
