Sales Coordinator and Logistics Support

- You will be required to perform the following two jobs concurrently.- Sale coordinator (about 80% of the total)
- Coordinates the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
- Responds to customer complaints and provides after-sales support as requested
- Stores and categorizes all relevant files and documents such as quotes and purchase orders
- Accurately handle the entire document processing of all orders
- Calculate and prepare quotations, issue quotations, and issue purchase orders via SAP
- Negotiate and close sales on pricing, lead times, and other special requirements
- Communicate in English not only with domestic manufacturers, but also with the overseas section team at the headquarters in Japan
- Logistics (about 20% of the total)

Basically, administrative work is the main focus, as import and delivery support is provided by an intermediary company.
- Most of the work is to handle imports from the head office in Japan (30% of total transactions, importing products in C&F terms and delivering them within Thailand)- Arrangement of domestic transportation means
- Arrangement of domestic transportation means, effectively liaising with domestic and international carriers
- Deal with customs procedures and regulations for import and export of all service items
- Process all specific import/export documentation required
- Prepare and submit all required documentation in accordance with customs or government related regulations
- Manage proper receiving, proper returns, warehousing, and shipping operations
- Plan, monitor, and supervise the receipt, handling, storage, preparation, delivery, and dispatch of products and orders
- Conducts monthly inventories and maintains inventory

**Requirement**:

- [Must]- Thai nationality, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any (logistics or business administration will be advantage)
- More than 4 years of working experience in one company (NG: Job hopper)
- More than 2 years experience of sales coordinator and also include job role Trading, Import & Export, Logistics (in Trading or Manufacturing company)
- Having work experience in Japanese company
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher
- English communication level or above(level 4 up)

[Advantage]- Experience in machine parts trading
- Experience using SAP programs
- Be able to speak Japanese**English Level**:
