**Driver Management** involves overseeing a company's drivers and their performance to ensure that transportation operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. A Driver Manager is typically responsible for monitoring driver performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing schedules, and optimizing routes.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for Driver Management**:
**1. Driver Recruitment, Training, and Onboarding**
- Recruiting qualified drivers and conducting interviews, background checks, and skills assessments.
- Providing training on company policies, safety regulations, and vehicle operations.
- Onboarding new drivers and ensuring they are familiar with routes, vehicles, and operational guidelines.

**2. Driver Scheduling and Dispatching**
- Creating and managing driver schedules to ensure all transportation needs are met while adhering to regulations regarding work hours and rest periods.
- Coordinating driver dispatching to ensure timely delivery and pickup, considering traffic, weather, and other potential delays.
- Managing driver availability and handling time-off requests while ensuring service continuity.

**3. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Tracking and evaluating driver performance through key metrics such as on-time deliveries, fuel efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety record.
- Implementing driver performance reviews and addressing areas that need improvement.
- Using GPS and telematics systems to monitor driver routes, speed, and behavior on the road.

**4. Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards**
- Ensuring drivers comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including hours of service (HOS) rules, licensing, vehicle inspections, and safety protocols.
- Organizing regular safety training sessions and ensuring that all drivers are aware of any changes in regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring driver adherence to safety measures such as seatbelt use, speed limits, and vehicle maintenance checks.

**5. Fleet and Vehicle Coordination**
- Coordinating with the fleet maintenance team to schedule vehicles for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Ensuring drivers complete daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs.
- Managing the assignment of vehicles to drivers based on routes, availability, and vehicle condition.

**6. Driver Communication and Issue Resolution**
- Acting as a liaison between drivers and the company, resolving any concerns or issues drivers may face during operations.
- Handling disputes or grievances and ensuring a healthy working relationship with drivers.
- Providing drivers with the necessary tools and resources to carry out their tasks effectively (e.g., route information, fuel cards).

**7. Cost and Fuel Management**
- Monitoring fuel usage and working with drivers to improve fuel efficiency through better driving practices and route optimization.
- Identifying ways to reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.

**Experience Required**:
The experience required for Driver Management depends on the scale of operations and the complexity of the transportation network. Common expectations include:

- **3 to 5 years** of experience in driver supervision, fleet management, or logistics coordination.
- Experience with driver performance management tools, GPS, and telematics systems is often required.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and vehicle maintenance.

Pay: ฿10,000.00 - ฿20,000.00 per month
