**Primary Responsibilities**
- Oversee that each member of staff is appropriately attired in the proper uniform, which should be tidy and clean at all times.
- Uphold strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) for fabric care and the safe use of chemicals during laundry operations.
- Compile a monthly inventory report detailing supplies and consumables, and promptly deliver this document to the accounting department at the month’s end.
- Promptly transfer any items not listed in the laundry inventory to the lost and found section located within the housekeeping office.
- Guarantee swift action regarding guest issues or complaints, ensuring satisfactory communication and resolution.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- At least two years of experience in a comparable role or over five years of experience working in a laundry facility. Experience with operating and controlling laundry machinery.
- Proficiency in managing staffing schedules and allocating manpower effectively. Capacity to take on a training role, imparting skills and knowledge to peers.
- Demonstrated an empathetic approach towards colleagues and clients.
