**About Unilode**
**Position Overview**
The Special ULD Service Manager will manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams managing end-to-end Special ULD Service domain at Operations Control Center (OCC). Key elements of the role are to evaluate service quality, enhance commercial opportunity and operational improvement. This individual will develop and oversee the implementation of Special ULD Service domain’s product launch plans, analyze its effectiveness to identify best practice for continuous improvement.
**General Responsibilities**
- Establish “Standard” offerings for Special ULD Service domain success. This includes Proactive ULD Track & Trace Services, Container Management, ULD Accessory Purchases and Logistics Coordination.
- Develop a strategic launch plan with the Vice President Operations Control Center (OCC), based on stakeholder input, with proposed deadlines and milestones.
- Ensure day-to-day operations and serve as a customer point of contact & escalation for any inquiries and requests regarding the Special ULD Services.
- Lead Special ULD Service domain ensuring services uphold to its commitment, including ongoing product and service improvement to maintain and elevate service quality.
- Stay on top of customer requirements. Timely escalations of operational challenges that may hinder effective service delivery and commitments.
- Implement effective operational improvement process and tools to Special ULD Service domain.
- Work with business development team to select the best ways of promoting the products, including P&L and cost control.
- Work with the customer success team and new customer on product onboarding to drive adoption, to adding value to the product, collecting, and analyzing customer feedback and track product interest and usage.
- Coordinate with all teams throughout the launch process to ensure internal and external stakeholders are on track, and coordinating, supporting when a team faces a challenge. Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Qualification in aviation and or logistics would be very beneficial, Bachelors/Masters degree desirable.
- Aviation Industry experience required.
- Team management experience required.
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven work approach.
- Proficient use of MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
- Team management, team development and motivational skills.
- Passion for Customer Service and problem solving.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
