- Choice full-time 5 days or semi full-time 4 days a week.

What you will do?
- Manage our account on Xero accounting
- Prepare for filing with Accounting partner
- Create invoices and send to clients
- Manage payments from clients & follow up with late payments
- Manage spending/petty cash
- Prepare payments for Managing director.
- Scan all tax data and correspondence
- Collate tax returns for clients
- Sent WHT certificates
- Follow up with manager with accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare tax return due to date lists on a monthly basis
- Handle miscellaneous requests as needed
- Provide backup support for our team
- Manage holidays and hours of our team.
- Fil tax documents
- Office manager, manage accounts/contracts with providers of our company.
- Review all accounts reconciliation at the end of each month and prepare correction entries
- Manage BOI visa’s for staff, 90-day reports, extensions and a new visas when needed.

**Your profile**:

- Thai National (Thai - Eng)
- Have a background in Tax or finance
- You are sharp and analytical at the same time
- You are fresh, flexible and a team player
