**Support to Manufacturing Technology Division;**
Are you an experienced professional Office Administrator who is passionate about facilitating and living in Technology team environment? If so, we are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff in Manufacturing Technology team has adequate support to work efficiently.
**Job Description;**
- As a Assistant within the Pandora Manufacturing Technology team, you will be responsible for the Procurement, Invoice and Travel Request management including other administrative tasks supporting department and projects.
- You will facilitate and coordinate with relevant parties to deliver the services, providing a service-minded support to the team members and professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Create and follow up CER (CAPEX Expenditure Request), Sourcing Request, PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) supporting department and projects requests.
- Facilitate and provide guidance for travel request and booking through the approval process by coordinating with travel agency and executive assistant.
- Manage invoices of department and projects, facilitating for signoffs and circulating to relevant team(s) in financial department including status reporting for leadership team.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, e.g. safety, energy management, announcement, cash advance request, new joiner onboarding package, etc.
- Facilitate and provide guidance for other inquiries on the employee related such as welfare & benefit, expense reimbursement, HR forms, etc.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist other administration related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications;**
What is needed to succeed?
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role,
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Excellent service mind
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experienced in Technology team environment will be an advantage
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Good English skill (reading, speaking and writing)
