Correspondence task:

1. Handle all correspondence related to assigned suppliers i.e.;
- Inquiry
- Quotation
- Purchase Order
- Shipment Process (Follow Up)
- Claims etc.

Customer Relationship Tasks:

1. Visit customer as assigned by Deputy Managing Director from time to time.
2. Follow up job, quotation, purchase order, payment etc.,
3. Others tasks as assigned by the superior.
Filing Task:

1. Responsible for all files related to assigned suppliers.
Shipping:

1. Handle all shipping matter.
2. Deal with shipping agency and freight forwarder in order to gain a reasonable rate for shipping clearance and freight charge.
3. Co-operate in relation with custom clearance and ensure the shipping agency about payment process of import tax correctly.
4. Ensure that all bill charged related to the shipment is correct.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the superior.

20,000 - 30,000 (THB)

experience
1. Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 2 years as Sales Coordinator (Import-Export) with experience coordinating with shipping agency and frieght forwarding company.
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (for company's activity & meeting, 1-2 times per years)
