**Your day to day**
The Club InterContinental Manager oversees and ensures the flow of daily operations of Club InterContinental Lounge and Butler Services. He/She also assists the Front Office Manager to perform key functions of the room’s management operations, administration and training for all staff members belonging to this department.

Focuses on all aspects of the management taking in consideration customer needs, and prevailing trends. Also assists with the FO when necessary.

Assists with reports on operational and personnel issues, including budgets, departmental expenses as well as updates and changes made to staffing, service sequences, promotions, events, challenges and successes to the hotel management.

Maintains excellent relations and communications with Departmental Team as well as all other hotel departments.

**What we need from you** Required Skills -**
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities

**Qualifications -**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

**Experience -**
- 2 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
