Platform Account Executive

Own the client relationship, from briefing, creating project requirements, quotations and handling all communications between clients and freelancers.
Understand client businesses and objectives, in order to improve their business performance through our service.
Communicate effectively to make recommendations on the scope and timeline of client projects, and manage their expectations on the results and schedule.
Work closely with top freelancers, pick and delegate projects according to client s requirements and objectives.
Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Be proactive on solving problems and data driven planning.
Basic QualificationsDegree in Marketing or related field.
Good command in English.
Minimum 1-year of experience in digital media agency.
Past hands-on experience in account management or marketing communications.
Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact.
Motivated and able to thrive and think under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent organization, analytical and influencing skills.
Preferred QualificationsProven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience building relationships with top marketing decision maker.
