**About the Company**:
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, monitoring and troubleshooting network and server issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various IT initiatives. We are looking for a self-driven professional who can proactively identify and resolve infrastructure-related challenges while adhering to industry best practices

- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and other network-related problems.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and related software, ensuring high availability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

**Experience requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, VMware) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of network and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems.
