**1) Key responsibilities**:
HIMM Nutrition Design Manager will bring his/her expertise and competencies, enthusiasm, and dedication to support the mission of Danone ISEA, making the difference with his/her conviction to build nutrition knowledge and data, ensure that all our products portfolio is delivered with the right nutrition profile; for the consumers in ISEA, and to contribute to create sustainable business growth.

The Nutrition Design manager is accountable for:
**NUTRITION FOR NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT and HEALTH REPORTING**
- Recipe science-based nutrition profile design for new and improved products; considering safety, nutritional suitability, and efficacy of ingredients and formulations.
- Alignment of recipe nutrition profile with Global Science & Nutrition team.
- Preparation of product scientific rationale on new launches new formulation development & substantiation of claims.
- Support to cross-functional teams on nutrition-related topic (e.g., claim development, innovation concepts, product FAQ).
- Recipe documentation sheet and label content approval.
- Products nutrition profile update in Danone Scorecards.

**CAPACITY BUILDING**
- Nutrition training to R&I product developers & marketing teams.
- Nutrition training in Company Induction program for all Newcomers.
- Ad hoc nutrition support to careline teams and to company events.

**PREPARE THE FUTURE**
- Fuel the market intelligence & competitive tools.
- Monitor and identify science landscape and ingredients opportunities to address the needs of the business and the consumers.
- Analyze competitors' renovation and new launches, and keep NIP (Nutrition Information Panel) database up to date.
- Leverage on competitor's data for superior innovation/renovation ideas to fuel the future pipeline.
- Contribute to ensure relevant implementation of Global brands engines in ISEA pipeline.

**2) Performance measurement**
- Contributed to relevant SN portfolio with optimal nutrition, in line with strategic priorities, Danone Nutrition guidelines & external commitments, and relevant to ISEA consumers.
- Contributed to ensure superior and differentiated communication through optimal product profile.
- Contributed to implement strong nutrition tools and process for efficient product development.
