**Overview**:
**Salary**:
35,000 THB ~ 55,000 THB**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials)- Manage a business plan and control budget
- Manage of Payroll, compensation & benefit payment
- Conduct routine training new employee orientation and all training system
- Recruitment process
- Communication with government office such as SSF, PND1, PND1Kor, PND91 for Japanese
- Conduct provident fund, Group health insurance etc.
- Monthly report, Attendance rate, Turnover rate & O.T
- Handle transportation for employee
- Co-ordinate with hotel for Japanese
- Co-ordinate with SAO for submit of land & building tax and signboard tax
- To welcome visitor for factory tour
- Handle VISA/Work Permit, Notify 90 days for a Japanese
- Handle and arrange all company activity such as new year party, Company trip
- Others task as assign by Manager
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- Female, age 35 years old or higher
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- At least 10 years work experience in HR & GA field.
- Payroll with B plus Program
- Knowledge of VISA & Work permit under BOI privilege
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy MS. Office (Excel & Word) and E-mail.
- Hard working and good attitude to work.
- Able to do multi-tasking jobs and work under pressure
- Knowledge ISO1400:2015, GMP Cosmetic
- Able to work in Amata City Rayong
- Own car & license**English Level**:
