**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Senior HR and Admin Manager oversees all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This position plays a critical role in managing personnel, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and facilitating a productive and harmonious work environment. Also, responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves managing APAC's various project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- ** Human Resources Management**
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to offboarding.
- Overseeing the development and execution of employee benefits programs.
- **Talent Acquisition and Development**
- Conducting training sessions and creating professional development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Implementing performance appraisal systems and handling succession planning.
- **Compliance and Administration**
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Managing administrative functions, including facilities management, office operations, and vendor relationships.
- Overseeing budgeting for HR and administrative needs.
- **Employee Relations**
- Mediating employee conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Handling disciplinary actions and grievances, ensuring fair and legal procedures.
- **Project Planning and Execution**
- Developing comprehensive project plans, and defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Managing project budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Leading and motivating project teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- **Stakeholder Management**
- Communicating with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
- **Project Evaluation and Closure**
- Conducting post-project evaluations and creating comprehensive reports.
- Ensuring project documentation is complete and lessons learned are captured for future projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree Major: Human Resources or related with experience in Manufacturing in Management level 10 - 15 years.
- Experience with HR management tools & proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Good communication in English.
- Professional in Human Resources certification, especially in Compensation & Benefits management, GA, Admin, Recruitment, and strong communication skills.
- HR experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people at all levels.
- Excellent time management and prioritization, able to multi-task.
- An excellent communicator - verbal and written.
