**The Role**
- Ensure accuracy and completion of customer order processing for the Replacement Sales channel.
- Oversee team members to handle customer inquiries and provide feedback information promptly and efficiently.
- Coach and guide the team members to be well-performed and provide reliable, efficient support to customers.
- Lead the team to provide excellent customer service, and customer satisfaction, communicate with team members and other members of a company to create and implement policies and procedures in dealing with customers to deliver the desired service levels.
- Review special transportation, packing material, and product label costs while maintaining good customer satisfaction and on-time delivery performance.
- Manage import administration and identify opportunities to optimize the administrative support experience.
- Set the customer satisfaction targets, plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate services activity and control budget of an organization to meet the budget plan

**The Person**
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in a customer and sales coordinate management
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal & written, and active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Robust analysis, report, and presentation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and necessary technology or system
- Good command of English and computer literate
