Administration Officer

As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our consultancy. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, contributing to the success of our partner and client relationships. The anticipated start date for this position is December 1, 2023. Must be located in Bangkok.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and internal operational arrangements.

Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and information flow.

Document Management: Create, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure that decisions and tasks are executed.

Client Relations and Account Management: Assist clients throughout the project lifecycle by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, having a good understanding of ACMF deliverables and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables

Project Assistance: Support executives in project management, tracking project milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Translate Thai and English documents when necessary for clients and executives

Proficiently use software and tools relevant to the consulting industry, such as Microsoft Office, data analytics software, and project management tools.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.

Must speak fluent/business-level Thai and English (Chinese is a bonus)

Some business and financial acumen is preferred

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good attitude and commitment to deliver high-quality work
