Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services, and terminals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating a comfortable shopping environment for customers through the whole process of customer reception, including in-store welcome, process reception, the solution gives, and exit greeting.
- Explaining the products and functions according to customers' needs, so that they can better understand the products.
- Communicating with customers on multiple topics, establishing brand and customer connections, and transferring brand culture and value to customers.
- Assisting in sales when customers have consumption requirements, recommend suitable products based on their actual conditions, and help them quickly obtain products and settle orders, thus gaining a good shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience: Brand retail experience preferred.
- Love electronic products and sales, learning ability, quick grasp of various related products and technical knowledge; Responsiveness to quickly identify consumer needs.
- Service awareness.
- Problem-solving capability.
- Team spirit.
- Communication and expression ability.
- Product professional knowledge.
