**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing pre-flight & post-flight paperwork
- Check and reconcile number of boarded passenger for Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (G8 Fee) via IATA
- Submit accepted flight documents to airport tax, airport flight procedure, immigration, custom and health control
- Managing Trip Flight Record
- Check and reconcile number of boarded passenger for airport tax.
**Professional Qualifications**:
- Possess a Diploma in Administration / Business Management or higher
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Proficient in oral and written English and Thai.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
