- Job purpose:
Develop and implement global and local strategies and processes for providing cost-effective, consistent, and reliable installation services for customers that fulfil Installation contracts and achieve specific business initiatives. At the same time, the position holder should drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and quality in all parts of installation operation.
- Eexecution and management of all installation and modernization contracts secured by the sales department.
- Manage, execute, and liaise with our factories on delivery, product quality and non-conformances.
- Manage, follow up and ensure timely submission of all documents, progress claims, etc required throughout the contract.
- Manage and ensure timely collection of all certified claims and payments.
- To forecast, monitor and consolidate the work in progress status.
- Manage and plan for the workforce required for projects and testing.
- Perform periodic coaching and guidance on project management to PIC.
- Plan and execute the Pre-hand over inspection with Maintenance & QA prior to handing over to customer/maintenance.
- Manage and ensure all handover documents and closure forms are in order while completing the projects to the customer and the service department.
- Implement the company safety measures and procedures at sites.
- Timely completion of all required data into VIEW database system
- Ensure targets and objectives are met with consideration to profitability.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the company business processes and quality management system.
- Implement training program to improve technical skill and soft skill.

- 2 for Project Manager : manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the project
- 7 for Project Engineer : manage and control projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion at handover to client and Maintenance.
- 6 for Project Supervisor According to project installation progress requirements, complete related adjustment job
- 1 Project Controller : Support all above roles, Monthly reporting, summarized billing,
- 1 Project Admin Executive : create and input PR to ACCPAC system
- 1 Head of Tester : T/C the elevator/escalator, Planning T/C, Tester supporter
- 11 Installation Project Adjuster : T&C elevator/escalator
- 20 Installation Fitter : Installation for new installations and Modernization
- ** Requirement**:

- 【Must】
- Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical / Mechanical / Engineering / Project Management
- Minimum related experience for 10 years in elevator / construction project engineering
- Direct experience from escalator and elevator is a plus.

**Prefer
- Solid knowledge of installation methods and pre-start requirements
- Market and customer business understanding
- Customer relationship management skills and experience
- Basic financial business and process management knowledge
- Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management
- Engineering & Project management skills and experience
- Basic knowledge of employment law in relevant country/area
- Knowledge of elevator sourcing, manufacturing, sales, and field installation processes is preferable.
- A high degree of problem solving, planning, stress tolerance ability.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skills and good at MS Office
- A good understanding of local codes, regulations, and requirements
- Be capable of working with and within a large team.
- Achieved recognized certificates on Safety, Environmental and related works.
- High degree of personal effectiveness and result oriented.
- Proof Analytical skills
