Job Detail
- Responsibilities include overseeing and conducting QA and QC activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Managing the quality assurance team and controlling quality according to the plan.
- Monitoring, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
- Troubleshooting and making decisions during operations.
- Addressing inbound quality issues and improving processes for increased efficiency.
- Communicating with customers to confirm quality and meet expectations.
- Managing labor control and task assignments for QA members.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Reporting quality issues to management and relevant processes.
- Checking processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conducting QA inspections, customer audits, and analyzing quality-related risks in the production line.
- Continuously studying solutions, technologies, and new skills.
- Managing necessary documentation and reports for customer submission.
- Performing other duties assigned by JP management.
- Quality control tasks, including recording quality reports, statistical analysis, and related documentation.

Salary

60,000 - 70,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
- Male or female, age 35-45years old up
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field in the industrial sector
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC positions in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, such as QA/QC, in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively, with strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, and SPC
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
