- Ensure all production adheres to established standards and procedures.

- Continuously improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to maximize production and quality.
- Coordinate production with planning and sales departments for optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and implement sustainable personnel and training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage documentation and reporting within company systems, informing plant management.
- Uphold legal requirements, maintain a safe work environment, and implement external audit and certification directives.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- At least 8 years of hands-on plastic (injection molding) production management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated to employee development and training.
- Working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and proactively solve problems.
- Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Good command in English and Computer skill.**English Level**:
