- QA Manager (40K-80K) (SDG-97017)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ-
- Responsible for all QA and QC activities and operations to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Quality Assurance Staff Management: Planned Quality Control
- Track, set goals, and evaluate performance.
- Troubleshoot and decide when problems arise during use.
- Solve inbound problems. during processing to the outgoing process Streamline processes to increase work efficiency.
- To communicate with customers to confirm quality and meet expectations.
- Manage labour control and assignment quantity for QA members.
- Report quality problems to management and quality-related procedures.
- Monitoring procedures until the product meets quality standards and specifications
- Conduct QA audits, customer audits, and analyse quality risks at the production line.
- Continuous study of new solutions, technologies, and skills
- Manage documents and reports required to be sent to clients.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by JP executives.
- Keep a record of quality reports, statistical reviews, and related documents.- รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมและการดำเนินงาน QA และ QC ทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัทและความต้องการของลูกค้า

- แก้ไขปัญหาและตัดสินใจเมื่อเกิดปัญหาระหว่างการใช้งาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาขาเข้า ระหว่างการประมวลผลไปยังกระบวนการขาออก Streamline กระบวนการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
- เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันคุณภาพและตอบสนองความคาดหวัง
- จัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายสำหรับสมาชิก QA
- รายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนด
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA การตรวจสอบลูกค้า และวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่สายการผลิต
- การศึกษาโซลูชั่น เทคโนโลยี และทักษะใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่ต้องส่งให้ลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
- เก็บบันทึกรายงานคุณภาพ การทบทวนทางสถิติ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree or higher mechanical engineering, industry-related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in management level
- At least 8 years experience as QA/QC function in Manufacturing / Production line / Automotive / Chemical.
- Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
- Conversational level of English (To communicate with report line, Client and documents)- Able to work well under pressure with positive attitude
- Ability to make decisions effective communication Leadership personality with the ability to work in a team.
