Sales Customer Service Staff

**Job Detail**:
- Sales Customer Service Staff (Automotive Products ) (27K-33K) (SDG-102110)
- พนักงานบริการลูกค้าฝ่ายขาย (ผลิตภัณฑ์ยานยนต์)-
- Receive customer orders and issue PO to factory including handling process
of shipment to the customer.- Follow up and monitoring shipments from factory and update information
to customer including negotiation with customer and factory in case shipment schedule was changed from plan.- Handle internal and customer queries and communicate with concerns
member for requirement needed.- Receive Order from factory and issue PO to oversea including support
import process from oversea to factory in Thailand.- Participates on company's activities to maintain functional relationships with
other operational and organization department.-
- รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและออก PO ให้กับโรงงานรวมถึงขั้นตอนการจัดการ
ของการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า- ติดตามการจัดส่งจากโรงงานและอัปเดตข้อมูล
ให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงการเจรจากับลูกค้าและโรงงาน ในกรณีที่กำหนดการจัดส่งเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากแผน- จัดการข้อซักถามภายในและลูกค้าและสื่อสารด้วยข้อกังวล
สมาชิกตามความต้องการที่จำเป็น- รับ Order จากโรงงานและออก PO ไปยังต่างประเทศพร้อม Support
กระบวนการนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศสู่โรงงานในประเทศไทย- มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของบริษัทเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานด้วย
ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการและองค์กรอื่นๆ- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service in Automobile or related fields.
- Business level of English (TOEIC 600 )
- A team player
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.- JLPT N3 or higher (Preferable)
- Working experiences in Japanese Culture
Language Skill
- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : Conversational
- Workplace Area: Uthai, Ayutthaya
- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri ( Sat depends on company's calendar /2 sat per Month ))

- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (TOEIC 600)
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการแก้ปัญหา
- มีใจบริการ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint ฯลฯ- JLPT N3 หรือสูงกว่า (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่น
