Cashier - Customer Service (Luxury Brand in Bangkok)

Requirements:At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
- Independent, attentive to details, highly organized.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation.
- A team player attitude.
- PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word
- Good in English both written and verbally.
- Responsibilities:Communicate all sales and cash control issues with your line manager and/or store manager.
- Manage all sales transactions on cash bills and system with high accuracy and efficiency.
- In charge of opening and closing of bills.
- Responsible for petty cash for the Boutique.
- Manage the processing and filing of all documentation relating to responsibilities.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image.
- Participate in store meetings and actively contribute to achieving the store’s target and represent a positive approach as a team.
- Train any new members of staff to be able to use the till and to make sure that the point of sale operates well during any cashier absence.
- Provide assistance on the Boutique floor when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
