Be the Make-up Brand Ambassador. You will possess the ability to transport clients into the GUERLAIN universe through storytelling about Brand DNA, heritage and Expertise. You must embody GUERLAIN codes & attitudes and demonstrate attention to detail through interactions with clients and sales team. You will Be the face for all Guerlain beauty workshops and events during key launches, public relation events, showcasing Guerlain’s makeup savoir-faire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION
- Elevate the make-up skills of the retail sales team with regular coaching and training sessions to inspire and motivate.

TRAINING - Be actively involved with all novelty trainings working closely with Regional training manager.
- To plan and conduct regular trainings and coaching sessions for the retail team to elevate their skills year on year. This will be in conjunction with a twice-yearly makeup assessment for all beauty consultants.

COACHING - Derive and implement universal coaching plan together with Regional trainer to ensure all beauty consultants have proper make-up training roadmap yearly.
- Conduct counter coaching daily at all stores to address challenges or revisit novelty training.

MENTORING - Groom existing pool of Beauty Consultants.
- Identify potential beauty consultant to be groomed as MUS
- Expand and form your own team of Make-up specialists when you deem possible and with discussion with Regional managers.

EVENTINGS /ACTIVITIES - Participate in all brand-related events/activities, online or offline, when required, not limited to:

- CRM - Recruitment drive offering makeovers for clients.
- PR events - Conduct make-up shows for Media/KOLs/Retailers
- Trade - Conduct masterclass with clients/KOLs.

SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Elevate Guerlain as the most high-end French & Parisian 3-axis beauty brand. A unique jewel in the beauty world. - Ensure achievement of monthly counter sales targets set by Brand General Manager.
- Be Accountable for all Make-up novelty launches. You are encouraged to work closely with the retail team to achieve specific targets for all Make-up launches.
- Ensure BCs consciously maximize sales by link and cross selling.
- Ensure highest level of service is delivered to all clients sincerely.
- Consistently ensure all BCs are familiar with Dare to Be, displaying it in their daily client interactions.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Part of being a Senior Make-up Artist is to love working with a team. As Guerlain Makeup ambassador you are expected to: - Manage and motivate all team members on a daily & long-term basis.
- Constantly and efficiently communicate with the Retail Manager, Office support team to relay all messages clearly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure team members are displaying the highest level of Guerlain service at all times during working hours.
- Ensure all team members adhere to Guerlain Grooming guidelines during working hours.
- Ensure availability of testers, printed materials, and counter supplies at all times - giving feedback to retail team promptly.

PERSONAL GROOMING
- To be in institutional uniform in accordance to guidelines.
- Always portraying the highest standards of Guerlain Image at all times.
- Only Guerlain’s products are allowed to be used during working hours.

TEAMWORK - To undertake specific and complete tasks as given by the Counter/Retail/Sales Manager.
- To work closely with Retail Supervisors/Managers to ensure all set objectives are achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Team Player
- To be retail & luxury oriented, in line with brand's directive
- Hardworking, meticulous, organized to manage administrative matters of the role.
- Out-going, courteous, genuine and sincere towards all stake holders.
- Preferably have previous successful selling experience in the Service or Retail industry, 5 years at least.
- Prior sales experience in Perfume and Cosmetic industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Able to be mobile and work on rotational shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
