As a Corporate Strategic Planning Manager, your role is to develop and implement strategic plans that drive the long-term success and growth of the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to identify business objectives, analyze market trends, and develop strategies that create a competitive advantage for the company. Your responsibilities will include strategic analysis, strategy development, performance measurement, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Analysis:

- Conduct an in-depth analysis of internal and external factors affecting the company's performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

2. Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the company's strategic objectives and goals.
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Develop strategic frameworks and methodologies to guide decision-making processes.

3. Performance Measurement:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress towards strategic goals.
- Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of strategic initiatives.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.

4. Scenario Planning:

- Anticipate and plan for various future scenarios by conducting scenario analysis.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility to adapt to changing market dynamics.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with department heads and teams to align their strategies with the overall corporate strategy.
- Facilitate collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing across different departments.
- Foster a unified approach to achieving organizational goals.

6. Mergers and Acquisitions:

- Participate in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
- Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments for potential opportunities.
- Support the integration of acquired companies into the existing strategic framework.

7. Change Management:

- Lead and support the implementation of strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
- Develop change management plans and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Address resistance and ensure smooth transitions throughout the organization.

8. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools in strategic planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the strategic planning team.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using strategic planning tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
