**Qualifications**:
Thai nationality.
Bachelor Degree in any related fields with minimum 1-4 year direct experiences in SAP, ERP, ORACLE (preferable in Procurement field).
Knowledge about Basic Procurement, Duty Stamp, Withholding tax, Bank Guarantee and Bond submission.
Systematic, Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good in English (speaking and writing).
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SAP).
Able to work individually under pressure.
Response for Invoicing and Contract Management.
Review and check Contract/Invoicing correctness.
Review, check/verify and vendor invoice for payment thru SAP system.
Expedite/Monitor vendor s invoice/bond submission & return.
Coordinate among concerned parties both internal and external regarding payment issues.
Work with vendors to solve invoicing issues that could delay critical shipments.
Prepare reports and support administrative works.
Performs any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor.
