**Main Tasks**
- Conduct the daily accounting activities related to the general ledger and accounts payable in line with IFRS.
- Perform month-end/year-end closing activities accurately and in line with the group closing schedule.
- Prepare monthly /yearly financial reports and prepare ad hoc financial reports as required.
- Assist Finance Controller to supervise accounting booking and BS / P&L results, coordinating within the accounting team to ensure accurate accounting results.
- Provide limited FP&A support to the divisions on an as-need basis.
- Assist the Finance Controller with internal and external audit requests. Interact with internal and external auditors.
- Provide clarification on those items requiring additional support. Provide support to the development of financial analysis.
- Interface with internal customers and assist them with inquiries.
- Maintenance of vendor master data
- Perform Ad hoc job assigned by manager.
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
- Excellent understanding of IFRS (Other local market GAAPS is a plus).
- 5+ years experiences in finance accounting, worked in a multinational manufacturing or big 4 auditing firm is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Experience with SAP system is preferred.
- Familiar with FSSC concept or working experience in BPO is welcome.
