1. Media Accountabilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing media (focusing on Facebook & Google Inventory) and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Lead and Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

2. MarTech Accountabilities
- Liaison closely with CBU Marketing/Regional MarTech team and our technology development agencies for local and regional initiatives.
- Manage, optimize and ensure CRM own platforms capability (Website, Application).
- Seek opportunities for optimization and growth of innovation and services across all marketing platforms.
- Proactive role in continually improving and enhancing user experience.

About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Media.
- Possess knowledge of Marketing Technology is a big plus.
- Experience in managing complex projects with background in managing external agencies.
- Ability to work with various types of stakeholder with strong interpersonal skill.
- Result-oriented and possess ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command of English is required.
