Job Responsibilities:
- User Growth and Operations: Develop and implement user growth strategies in Thailand to continuously expand the user base. Enhance user retention and monetization conversion through various operational methods, ultimately achieving revenue growth for the company. Analyze user behavior and market trends to define relevant user growth strategies and tactics, ensuring a positive ROI for marketing activities.
- Marketing: Formulate and execute marketing strategies in Thailand that align with the company's business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs to develop corresponding marketing plans. Design and implement marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, promotions, and partnerships.
- Brand Management: Responsible for strategic planning and promotion of the company's brand in Thailand, ensuring brand awareness and recognition in the target market. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative brand promotion activities.
- Guild and Live Streamer Management: Handle the introduction/recruitment, operation, and management of local guilds and directly contracted live streamers to achieve the company's performance indicators.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
- Business Acumen: Have a deep understanding of the short video and live streaming platform industry, familiar with local market trends, business models, and user needs. Possess a keen business sense and ability to quickly formulate implementation strategies and tactics to complete the business loop.
- Clear Thinking, Self-Driven, Goal-Oriented, and Results-Oriented: Able to think logically, self-motivated, focused on achieving goals, and able to deliver results.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Thai. Thai-Chinese background preferred.
Pay: ฿40,000.00 - ฿80,000.00 per month
