**Responsibilities**
- ** Strategic Planning**
- Developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for IT delivery and product development aligned with the organization's overall business strategy.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable IT and product plans.
- **Project Management**
- Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Implementing effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project delivery.
- Overseeing project lifecycles and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Establishing project management methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders.
- Monitoring progress, mitigate risks, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
- **Product Development**
- Leading ideation, design, and development of innovative technology products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Driving the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- **Outsourcing & Delivery**
- Managing outsourced projects involving DevOps, SysOps, Cloud, Software Engineering, and Maintenance.
- Coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless delivery and SLA adherence.
- Overseeing DevOps, SysOps, Cloud, and Software Engineering operations for system integrity and security.
- Ensuring efficient maintenance of software systems post-delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Broker, Securities or Financial related.
- Minimum 5 years of Platform Development, IT Transformation, and innovation.
- Hands-on experience in Legacy systems and Automation.
- Team Management experience is required.
- Familiar with working in Agile methodology and cross-function.
- English communication is required.
