Reed Hycalog Repair Bit Supervisor: A position as become available for a repair bit supervisor in a new repair facility in Songkhla Thailand.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan, lead, and assign the daily tasks to the operators during the repair cycle and ensure the bits are sent back to field, fast and efficiently to the high standards expected
- Receive used bits from field then assess if they can be repaired and rerun
- Ability to coordinate with technical authority, engineers and sales team for repair cost approval
- Responsible for all bit repair processes including the thermal brazing/hardfacing of new bits and the repair for used ones
- Supervise the repair as per the approved procedures
- Supervise repair and new bit finishing operations to the approved procedures
- A general understanding of job requirements per foreman/supervisor and pre-job and tool box meetings
- Comply with ISO procedures
- Demonstrate full understanding and be able to administrate the repair related and other company documentation processes
- Know and understand storage areas and procedures
- Trained and qualified in the proper execution of all equipment and machinery
- Follow and lead by example all safety procedures
- Assists in training and development of drill bit repair technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all applicable HSE requirements as specified in NOV’s HSE Operational Requirement for Roles and Responsibilities

**Skills & Experience Required**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a manufacturing/welding/assembly and grinding environment preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and engineering drawings
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Non-standard work hours, 24/7 contact/availability expectations for rig/operational support
- A team player and able to work collaboratively
