Administration Officer

An Administrative Assistant role is required - within our Reed Hycalog division, Songkhla Thailand, you will be challenged with a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on scheduling bit requirements, inventory and communicate to shop floor and executing local logistics to and from the customer. You should have 0-5 years’ work experience in inventory control effective communication skills and well versed in adhering to all specifications, procedures, and customer requirements whilst always adhering to NOV HSE standards. You should be keen to take on challenges, develop your skills potential, as well as expand your knowledge and experience through a variety of exciting initiatives.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with Operations manager to execute local logistic to and from customer.
- Communicate with shop floor, electronic and vocally, on the regions bit needs.
- Issue and receive cutters in JDE as cutters are used or received into or out of inventory.
- Complete Cycle counts in accordance with procedures.
- Evaluate and monitor part inventories to ensure proper levels.
- Review inventory of bits in repair, help schedule bits when they can be repaired.
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
**Job Requirements**
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in administration, secretary, team assistant.
- Good command of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office.
- Gain and demonstrate understanding of repair process and shop flow.
- Adhere to all specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Participate in training and facility HSE programs.
- Ensure optimum communication between districts and repair facility.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and fast learner.
