- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 5 - 10 ปี- กทม. (พญาไท)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Collect, clean, validate data from multiple data sources and work with MIS team to create automated wing to wing sales activity reports and dashboard for sales performance tracking and monitoring including data insight and sales KPI analysis for sales performance improvement.
- Consolidate business requirements and perform UAT for any telesales system enhancement and/or new telesales/telephony system implementation.
- Monitoring the configuration on telephony system and coordinate wih sales, IT and vendor for troubleshooting systems.
- Create and monitoring sales scorecard for measurement in term of sales efficiency, sales performance, sales behavior and sales quality.
- Provide functional training about telesales system and sales KPIs report to the trainer and sales team.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Excellent IT technical skill in term of data engineering and/ or back end developer i.e. SQL Database management, Excel, Data visualization etc.
- Experience using data analytic tools i.e. SQL, Python, Tableau, SAS etc.
- At least 3-5 years of exprience in telesales process, telesales systems and insurance background.
- Systematic thinking and data analytic skill for improvement in term of sales effectiveness.
- Project management skill and communication skill.
