**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**What’s this about?**

Atiom is seeking an Account Executive to help us with the day-to-day client management. This is not a traditional account management role, as you are required to work closely with clients, transforming their content into interactive modules including videos, quizzes, and more. The scope also includes creating monthly reports, creating how-to guides for the Atiom product, and doing market and competitor research. Being organized and being able to work independently is a requirement.

This role reports to the Senior Customer Success Manager.

**Some of your responsibilities are**:

- Day-to-day client communications.
- On-boarding clients to Atiom and conducting training sessions.
- Upselling and ensuring high client satisfaction on Atiom.
- Creating how-to-guides for Atiom’s end users and clients.
- Identifying opportunities and increasing customer engagement on the Atiom app.
- Conducting competitor research with SWOT analysis.
- Creating monthly reports based on Atiom data.
- Managing client expectations and responding to customer feedback and suggestions.
- Assessing our clients' internal training document.
- Designing training content with our clients' existing training materials.
- Researching best practices for mobile training modules.
- Liaising with the client services team and creating timelines for content creation.
- Creating video content, both for Atiom and our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience, ideally from a language university, or with a demonstrably high TOEIC or TOEFL, or EILTS score.

**Skills**:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid knowledge of PPT/Keynote.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
