Overview:
The Residence Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and guest experience within the exclusive residential area of the luxury hotel. He/She ensures the highest level of service, comfort, and satisfaction for residents, managing day-to-day activities and creating the Aman experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the hotel's exclusive residential area, including resident services, facilities, and staff, to ensure a seamless and exceptional living experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential guests, understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations, and providing personalized service.
- Supervise and train the residence staff, including concierge, butlers, housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering exceptional service.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of residence units and common areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to luxury standards.
- Plan and execute exclusive resident events, activities, and experiences to enhance resident engagement and promote a sense of community.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as the front office, food and beverage, and spa, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services for residents.
- Monitor and manage the residence budget, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residence or property management within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel residence setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed resident expectations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively training and motivating a diverse staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a seamless resident experience.
- Sound financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, expense management, and revenue optimization within a luxury residential environment.
- Knowledge of residential regulations, safety procedures, and property management software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, ethics, and a commitment to maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic luxury hotel residence environment, managing resident expectations and delivering personalized, tailored service.
