Coordinate scheduling appointments for the CEO, gather detailed information on company operations for reporting purposes, and liaise with the Ooca team members.
- Collaborate with external team members, partners, media representatives, and various institutions.
- Support the CEO in managing their additional business ventures.
- Ensure the CEO and meeting attendees are provided with appropriate accommodations and assistance.
- Prepare meeting documentation, conduct research for strategic work planning, develop presentation slides for meetings, and compose summaries of the agenda and content for the CEO to review prior to meetings.
- Oversee the CEO's personal administrative tasks, including managing vehicle maintenance, residential property, and travel arrangements.
- Undertake other assigned tasks, primarily related to gathering business information.

- Proficient in English and skilled in using productivity tools such as G Suite (especially Google Calendar, Google Slides, and Google Sheets), Discord, Notion, CamScanner, Adobe Sign, and all major meeting apps (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams) also be an effective communicator.
- Possesses basic knowledge of business and management or is eager to learn.
- Able to retrieve and present data from Metabase.
- Skilled in research and summarizing information.
- Inquisitive and thorough in gathering information for decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, strong coordination skills, and respectful in communication.
- Proactive and attentive to the CEO's needs.
- Previous experience in a public listed company is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and working hard are more important than age in the workplace.
