**I. General Summary**

As the Senior Accountant at Anytime Fitness Thailand, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position requires proficiency in full-suite accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), cost allocation, and local tax reporting. Knowledge of payroll and HR processes is advantageous, and experience working in a startup environment is desirable.

**II. Qualification Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of full-suite accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations, with experience in tax compliance and reporting.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and HR functions is advantageous.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is desirable, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

**III. Duties and Responsibilities**

**Financial Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records, journals, and ledgers.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**Accounts Receivable and Payable**:

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate recording of revenue.
- Coordinate accounts payable functions, including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment disbursement, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

**Cost Allocation and Analysis**:

- Allocate costs to appropriate cost centers or projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
- Conduct variance analysis and review financial performance against budgeted targets, providing insights and recommendations to management.

**Local Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.

**Payroll and HR Support (Advantageous)**:

- Assist with payroll processing, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
- Provide support to the HR department on matters related to employee compensation, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.

**Startup Environment**:

**Salary**: ฿40,000.00 - ฿100,000.00 per month
