**In this position you will....**

...lead A&H Product and Underwriting as we’re transformation business to be Insurtech and focus more on personal lines and Personal Accident, Travel and Health Insurance is the key product to draw customers to the non-life insurance business. Drive for Product Development and Underwriting Guideline for A&H business to meet the topline as per business plan. Also manage LR of A&H Product and own P/L responsibility - Underwriting profitable growth & Portfolio management to achieve profitability.

**You will be responsible for**
- Set the underwriting guidelines for each line of product in accordance with the business objectives
- Define underwriting authority for each product in respect to the organisation operating structure
- Develop underwriting and pricing framework for new and renewal business
- Focus on the A&H Portfolio and pricing and revise the pricing to be competitive as well as profitable as per industry standards
- Identifying risk segments in A&H especially on Health Insurance that will be a preferred or avoidable set
- Develop pricing benchmarks for each product with specific emphasis on A&H
- Working along with reinsurers/TPAs to industry trends and implementing risk mitigation measures to improve profitability
- Collaborate and Manage expectations with regards to internal and external stakeholders with regards to underwriting
- Review sales and claims data to analyse the portfolio in detail and suggest changes in business mix, pricing and underwriting rules
- Manage product and portfolio governance aligned to the company objectives

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Actuarial Science
- Significant experience in product and underwriting (A&H)
- Experience in insurance company or general insurance for a minimum of 10 years in the Thai/ Asian market.
- Excellent data analytics preferred for portfolio management
- Preferably for good relationship with OIC
- Good command of English and Thai is a must
