Oivan is looking for a Senior Product Designer with at least 4 years of experience in managing local and / or international product design projects to lead our growing and innovative product design project. Our goal is to kickstart the design operation in Thailand. The sales team has established excellent relations with local clients and are very engaged in finding new business opportunities. Therefore this project is the first of many to come and as the first designer in Thai you will have the ownership of key business decisions.

With offices in Helsinki (Finland), Khon Kaen (Thailand), Bangkok (Thailand), Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh (KSA) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), our international team executes a diverse array of projects. Based in our office located in Bangkok, Thailand, you’ll support our 200+ headcount workforce across five countries.

Oivan’s official language is English and fluency is necessary for success on the job but Thai fluency is also required. A strong dedication to teamwork and excellent cross-cultural communication skills are a must.

**What You'll Do**:
We offer you the unique opportunity to work and improve your skills with a diverse and geographically distributed team of technology and business experts around the world. We use micro-services architecture to scale and diversify our customer product as their strategic partner. You will get to work on a transformational product and execute the following responsibilities as a product designer:

- Lead digital product design projects and craft a holistic customer experience for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the future vision and product strategy. Essentially, you will give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team to continually improve the impact
- Gain insights through research by benchmarking clients’ competitors, identifying user needs and quantifying user behavior through user interaction data, and translating findings into tangible product improvements.
- Drive UX design phase and design conceptual sketches, produce UX artifacts such as research & requirement, specification documents, wireframes, flowcharts, information architecture diagrams, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop UI mock-ups that clearly illustrate how the product works and what it looks like.
- Present your work to peers, leadership and clients, async and in-person.

This role is for a growing and ongoing project with one of our biggest clients in Thailand. In addition to more traditional project management responsibilities, the person in this role is expected to liaise with our current product designers.

**What You've Got**:
What You Have?
- Demonstrable track record in leading strategic design thinking in a product space, developing product goals, identifying opportunities in a global market and making decisions based on the impact on people and the client or company.
- Experience representing work to executive teams, clearly articulating the goals and concepts. Also, you are comfortable with a certain degree of ambiguity and whitespace and have a track record of finding opportunities few others can
- Proficient at utilizing Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A pixel-perfect portfolio showcasing your high-quality, thoughtful UI/UX work, e.g., how you combined user needs, business requirements, and market trends and translated them into executable solutions
- Good communication skills in giving, seeking, and receiving feedback and can constructively provide feedback to the design and development outcome made by others
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai.
