AufgabenProduktmanagement Mercedes Digital Extras

Regelmäßige Information aller internen Abteilungen, Händler und Kunden über Mercedes Digital Extras (Produktmerkmale, Einführungszeitplan etc.). Erleichterung des Austauschs von Produktinformationen durch Präsentationen, Schulungen, Workshops. Bereitstellung von Kundendaten für Marketing, Kommunikationsmethoden (z.B. Broschüren, Pressemitteilungen) und interne datengestützte Entscheidungen.

Initiierung der Mercedes Digital Extras Angebotsstrategie

Zusammenarbeit mit Test Houses bei Testaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Produktreife und -qualität

Generierung von Mercedes me Digital Extras bezogenen Daten und Berichten und deren Weitergabe an relevante Stakeholder

Rollout weiterer Dienste auf Basis der Markt-/Kundenbedürfnisse

Untersuchung von Marktschwerpunkten und -trends zur Projektion des zukünftigen Portfolios in Kombination mit globalen Services.

Verwalten des Serviceportfolios und des Angebotskonzepts in Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement und der Produktpreisgestaltung

Abstimmung der Einführung digitaler Dienste mit dem Produktmanagement, der Preisgestaltung, dem Marketing und der Vertriebsplanung.

Auslösen der rechtlichen Bewertung der Aufnahme neuer digitaler Dienste in das Portfolio

Geschäftsentwicklung für Telematik, Konnektivität und EVs

Initiierung, Beratung und Leitung strategischer Projekte in neuen Bereichen wie Aufladung und Konnektivität

Identifizierung, Verfolgung und Sicherung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf dem Markt für EV-Ladeinfrastruktur, um definierte Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.

Verstehen der Marktdynamik, der Kundenbedürfnisse, des Geschäftsumfelds und der Wettbewerbslandschaft, um strategische Chancen zu identifizieren

BEV EVA1.5 und EVA2 Produktmanagement und Preisgestaltung

Unterstützung im Produktmanagement wie folgt:
Analysieren von Markt und Wettbewerbsumfeld

Initiieren und Vorschlagen geeigneter Produkte je nach Markt und Trends

Erstellung einer Produktlebenszyklus-Strategie (Konfiguration, Facelift-Maßnahme etc...)

Überwachung der jährlichen Änderungen im Lebenszyklus eines Fahrzeugs

Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation aller Informationen für alle beteiligten Parteien (Änderungsübersicht, POM)

Unterstützung bei der Preisgestaltung wie folgt:
Permanente Analyse der Prämien, des Index, der GC-Marge und der Rentabilität der BEV-Produktpalette in allen Marktbereichen

Anpassung der Preisgestaltung und Preis-Wert-Entwicklung bei Bedarf

Preisgestaltung für alle BEV-Produkte in Abstimmung mit dem Overseas Pricing Council

Regelmäßige Verteilung der genehmigten Verkaufspreise an die relevanten Interessengruppen
