- งานประจำ- 5 - 10 ปี- กทม. (พญาไท)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Receiving a complaint and resolving customer complaints per SLA.
- Complaint negotiation and resolution, including liaising with other related parties, working groups and committees to fairly resolve the complaints in accordance with guideline.
- Performing investigation, the performance of agents and brokers and represent negotiations at OIC.
- Investigate the agent and the broker sale.
- Experienced in fielding to get information and facts from customers. In case that the agent commits the offense, or the customer and the company’s damages and gather the information to present to the Fraud committee.
