**Responsibilities**
- Sets objectives and delivers results that have some longer-term impact within the job area
- Accurate decisions and recommendations would normally result in the achievement of business results, would prevent noticeable delays in assigned work, and would limit the risk of moderate expenditures of time, human resources, and/or funds.
- Responsible to the direct superior for his/her performance
- Provides support and coordination to peers on the
- implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement
- Maintains and enhances relations with the customers.
- Meets and communicates with the customers on an a consistent basis in order to understand and fulfill their requirements
- Provides leadership support to his/her service teams
- To produce - as required - weekly and monthly KPIs, and other statistical or performance measurement data.
- Participates in safety committee initiatives - allows and supports staff to participate in safety committees as required.
- Advises and trains employees to carry out potentially hazardous work practices
- Ensures that the employees comply with the rules, regulations, instructions, orders or measures relating to work safety.
- Conducts Hazard Analysis with Safety Committees and informs the employees of the hazards in the workplace.
- Checks the performances of the place of operations according to the work plan, project or measures on work safety.
- Complies with company OHS policy and procedures.
- Ensures the conduct of annual drills of emergency and evacuation as required by the law or company policyTo perform other jobs as assigned by a superior.
- Oversees overall people processes within the scope of responsibility to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies
- Estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns work to subordinates

**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years in experience in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Computer literate in MS Office
