Tooling Supplier Supervisor

- **Manage people**
- Ensure that safety rules for maintenance activities (such as LOTO procedure) are known & applied by its team
- Minimum +2 CAT7 QRAP / week, with Safety briefing
- Be responsible for induction of all newcomers in his/her perimeter (temporaries included)
- Training newcomers, Validating +4 Autonomous and +4 Role models during Y2020
- Ensure organization to achieve 75% mold TRP at APU
- Ensure that his/her team is trained to Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red tags use, and that they understand what they have to do and when
- Involve APU team and Mold QRQC with 5why, +3 QRAP / week
- Analyses flexibility and multiple skills needs of his/her team, and define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit
- Flexibility and multiple skills training, improvement plans for rework reduction target 2 molds/month/technician, with before and after evidence
- Reduce recurrence, compared to the previous 3 or 6 months data
- Eliminate block cavities within 20 to 25 working days
- Monitor certification process for each team member and update in real time flexibility grid.
- +1 to 2 skills certification or recertification per technician/quarter
- Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators.
- Absenteeism should not exceed 2 persons / day.
- Holidays should be planned at least before 4 working days.
- Warning letter should be issued, if found any deviations on Safety and environment risk.
- KPI: Planned hours Vs Actual hours. Matrix for each activities.
- Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.
- Update standard reaction
- Follow up main objectives in daily meetings with his/her team.
- MTTR (Plan Mean Time To Repair)
- MTBF (Update Mean Time Between Failure)
- Is responsible for personnel involvement and ensure a positive social climate.
- Promote permanently ERIM.
**Maintain standards**
- Perform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards implemented.
- Supervisor daily observation, with plan
- Ensure enforcement of health, safety, environmental & site rules in its perimeter, and that anybody entering his/her perimeter respect the rules and standards of his/her perimeter.
- Respect standards rules
- Ensure existence of updated maintenance work instructions for his/her perimeter.
- Update
- Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, 5S, respect for the product, OK start after maintenance intervention, including preventive maintenance ) and propose/ implement improvements.
- Define work standards with the help of its team members. Ensure ERIM standards are properly deployed and used by his/her team: Maintenance Line QRQC root cause analysis with production, red tags solving & follow up, Maintenance 5 WHYs or PDCA/FTA on assigned topics, OJT of production on delegated preventive maintenance.
**Manage maintenance tasks**
- Ensure maintenance tasks are done, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets in its perimeter.
- Prepare the scheduled maintenance tasks. Ensure they are done respecting the planned time communicated to Logistic & Production for tasks needing equipment off.
- In case of reliability issue, implement or ensure implementation of the appropriate Quick Response, in order to minimize the equipment non-availability. It can include to order, repair or get repaired in emergency Spare Parts.
- For corrective actions, ensure appropriate resources are allocated to minimize stoppages.
- Ensure actions to avoid recurrence are defined & taken.
- React in case of issue & escalate issues at APU & Maintenance management.
- Support its team on the major technical issues.
- Manage Continuous Improvement
- Lead action plans to improve the Maintenance department performance, maximizing equipment availability for production.
- Participate to equipment performance control & improvement, for instance by participating to cycle time
- measurements and micro-stoppages observation sessions.
- Reach and maintain a dynamic and efficient Proposals of Improvements system.
- Participate to safety and environment risks reduction.
- Leads Safety QRQC for all accidents & near-misses involving Maintenance people.
- Contribute to new equipment and processes industrialization and start ups.
- Participate to Maintenance QRQC.
- Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by Maintenance Manager.
- Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.
- Participate to propose potential organization improvements.
