- Maintain and continuously seek to improve content on brand website and booking engine via the use of CMS, widget tools, and etc.-
- Active liaison with properties to ensure property level website content appraised and updated.-
- Advisory to properties on maintenance of high OTA content scores.-
- Project lead for related website evolution projects.-
- Booking engine content + visual assets optimization.-
- Reporting compilation for management, properties-
- Ensure optimal user journey from acquisition channels to booking confirmation.-
- Assurance of advertising and visual assets compliance with Brand guidelines.-
- User generated content usage and privacy concern responsibility.-
- Monitoring of key demand generation and conversion metrics.-
- Participate in the elaboration of web template layout, campaign mechanics and marketing content calendar.-
- Co-operation with PR, Social, CRM, Loyalty and Marketing services to assure alignment and efficiency.-
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.-
- Manage a team of marketers.-
- Management of shared Data Analysis resource with Web Development Senior manager-
- Offer pertinent insights to analysis and development team to facilitate insightful marketing decisions.**REQUIREMENTS**- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, in hotels a significant advantage-
- Knowledge of Digital demand generation tactics, SEO and Content marketing tactics-
- Strong command of English and Thai-
- Proactive, positive & can-do attitude-
- Diligent and organized.
