We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help us expand our client base and partner network.

As a Sales Representative at our CFD brokerage firm, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients. You will work closely with the marketing, business development, and customer support teams to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prioritize target markets and key prospects for client acquisition and partnership development.
- Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with potential Introducing Brokers (IBs), financial advisors, money managers, and institutional clients.
- Present our brokerage services, trading platforms, and value proposition to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, referral agreements, and client accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and partners, facilitate account setup, and ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients and partners to maximize their trading experience and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and investment strategies, with specific knowledge of CFD trading.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
